Case Converter Tool - Convert Upper Case to Lower Case and Lower Case to Upper Case

When working on a web design, I often receive documents from my clients typed in all CAPS. As one may know, upper case literature is often distracting and undesirable to a web reader. As a result, I find myself searching the internet for a fast and free case converter that will convert these upper case documents to lower case text. Frequently, I find it difficult to find a quick and easy case converter. As a result, I decided to write my own that can always be found on my site (this way I don’t have to search for a case converter). I’ve decided to make it public, so please feel free to bookmark it and use it whenever necessary.
